How is my consulting job different from the services of other consulting agencies? 

There are plenty of consulting agencies in the market who ask for ground amounts, for minimal work, using templates, offering almost the same solution in every case. In my opinion, each case is different, every production has its difficulty, its specialty, and although a methodology can be applied to them, the implementation must be personalized.

The consulting agency gives you a pile of papers describing not the specific solution but the methodology leading to the solution that needs to be operated without help, the budget will not allow the proposed ones to go ahead anyway due to the huge costs.

My mission, on the other hand, is to diagnose, get to know the area to be improved, suggest an intervention and take it along in support!
